1967 CJ 5

I got this 1967 CJ 5 project. I also got a 304 engine and a T18 trans I think, I do not know what transfer case is this. Any help would be appreciated. He told me that the parts came out of an other CJ5.

Parts that I got with the Jeep

I took all the part of my truck and sorted things out. I found out that the transmission is in fact a T18 so I scored on that. However, the transfer case is a Dana 18. It looks like the gears are in good order. As I was digging in the box that can with the jeep, I found a Warn Over Drive and the skeletons of an old small transmission that probably can with the Jeep. I did some Internet surfing and found some info on the 304 that I have gotten with the jeep. Looks like I will not use that 304 engine and I will probably sell it. I dropped by a local 4x4 shop and asked some questions on how can I mate the Buick 225 that is in the Jeep with the T18 trans, but they did not have an answer. So now I'm hesitant on even using the 225. The original plan was to drop a 4.3 Vortec engine for power.
I did a short inspection of the underbody and hound a lot of ugly welds and something that I think it could have been a cracked frame repair. Looks like the next move is to remove the body from the frame and do a total frame overhaul. I'm not planning on getting this thing on the road very soon so I will take my time and do it right. I'm new to the jeep world and I have little knowledge about them, but when I found out that the jeep has a Dana 44 rear axle I was some what happy. Sam of Pomona Gear shattered my happiness by telling me that I got the offset Dana 44 that is the weakest of all.

Got home today and I cut out the rust spot on the right rear coner panel.
