2003 L.A. Bike Tour

If you want to see Los Angeles from a bicycle, the annual L.A. Acura Ride is the way to go. 23 miles of car free roads will take you thru Los Angeles and Hollywood. This year was my first time attending it. The ride starts at 6:00 am, so get there early. I gave myself one hour to park and get ready, but most of that time was spent stuck in traffic trying to get of the 110 Fwy. There were probably 15,000 bikes, because it toke Lissa and I  30 minutes of riding just to get to the start line. Once we crossed the start line, the pace picked up and we were moving pretty good. There, was where I meet Parky, who talked us into riding back from Paso Robles to LA on the PCH.
