I had a customer ask me about tube miter plans. Well I do not have plans for a miter, but I found this cool program on the internet a few years ago. The program works with metric system. No big deal, just multiply the inches with 25.4 and you get your metric equivalent. The program basically prints paper templates that you wrap around the tubing and transfer it over with a marker. Use a die grinder or a rotary file and remover the unwanted metal. Check it out

I bought some pins from McMasterCarr and when I received it, they were Thomson Shaft. Cool. I do not know if they will always ship Thomson Shaft since they do not discloses the supplier brand name.

Mick for barstoolracingsuply.com sent in some pictures of his build.

For all of you that uses a milling machine use a 57/64" drill instead of the 7/8". It will give you a little more clearance.

One of my customers that build style B decided to go with the alternate bushing kit. so he ordered on for his bender so here are some pictures.
