Ron, a friend of mine stumbled on the Light Brain's website and found this light controller for about $25. After speaking with Duane and learning about it, I was really impressed and ordered a twin controller. The circuit board comes ready built and programmed with all the features as a $300 bike light comes with.

The housing of the lights I turned from a billet aluminum and I use MR-16 20W halogen bulbs. The lights will be mounted in the king pins. The base of the lights are offset to 15 degree to compensate for the camber. At this time, I'm using a sealed lead acid battery, but better quality batteries are in the plans.
